Terms Of Service
As the artist I reserve the right to deny any commission request.As the artist I reserve the right to post any artwork on any of my socials and use it to advertise my services, even those under commercial use.Clients may not resell work under personal use (for commercial use of my work, please check the final topic on this page).Clients may not erase my signature.Clients may post personal use artwork and display it anywhere if not for monetary or commercial advantage.

Payment
Half the payment is done upfront, the rest upon completion of work.
Payments are taken by Paypal.Refunds
Once work has started and the client has received the first sketch, refunds of the previous 50% shall only be given upon:
- Failure of the artist to meet the deadline (if stipulated).
- Changes of elements in the artwork (pose, expression, clothing) previously agreed on without the approval of the client.By commissioning me you have confirmed to have read and agreed to this T.O.S.

Backgrounds
From simple abstract or symbols to more complex scenery.
Starting at $10*Client is allowed to choose the color of the background and one simple shape behind the character free of charge!

Bust CommissionsThe kind of art piece with the intent of showing a characters face. For those who wish to have a detailed image which best illustrates their most unique features.Lineart only

Halfbody CommissionsIdeal for showing a character with more details in a dinamic pose! The drawing can end on a characters waist or knees. You may ask for an object of your joice to be added. Prices may increase depending on the complexity of clothing!Lineart only

Illustrations
Often used to show a character, or multiple, interacting with complex scenery or eachother. Not always said character is the center of attention, and this service is the best for writers who may want to have a specific scene in their works illustrated.Starting at $200

Character Design
For those who dont have any kind of previous artwork with an official character design. Provide me with references and I shall deliver a fullbody illustration (or more, if you are looking for a character sheet, for example) with an original design!Starting at $200

Commercial Use
Necessary for when the client wishes to use the artwork toward commercial advantage or monetary compensation. Any work not under this is considered Personal Use only.Examples of commercial activities are:
- merchandise production
- material used in films, TV, streamed content
- material used in printed or digital publications
- any form of advertisement and commercial promotions
- any material created with the intent of making profit

Basic Fee
For non-merchandize use. This fee applies to any form of distribution in medias such as films, TV shows, streams and for advertisement and commercial promotions.
The fee is +60% on top of the starting rateMerch
In case you wish to display the art in a product sold, such as merch or publications of both digital and printed nature, we shall discuss an adequate royalty starting from 5% on top of the starting rate.
